Commercial Work

The following are extracts of some of the commercial works I have created:

Gordon Giltrap: Live at Ambergate - Track 4: At Giltrap's Bar
Recorded binaurally by Dallas Simpson.

Gordon's most recent album is a live album recorded in Shining Cliff Woods Ambergate in Derbyshire on the 20th and 21st of August 2002.

The recording is a binaural recording and is meant to be heard on headphones. Binaural recordings give a better surround perspective when played on high quality headphones at a lower volume due to the setting of the recording the performances were generally relaxed and informal and brought out the best in the playing of Gordon Giltrap. This recording is an exciting and cutting edge development in recording which lends itself to the music and virtuoso performance of Gordon Giltrap.

Special thanks to Gordon and Hillary Giltrap for two memorable days.

Rick Wakeman: Live in Lincoln Cathedral Track 4: The All Mighty Almighty
Recorded binaurally by Dallas Simpson.

"Rick Wakeman Live In Lincoln Cathedral is the latest solo (organ) album from Rick and is also the latest album in a series of albums released through Voiceprint that features artists specifically recorded live in Lincoln Cathedral. The albums have also been recorded binaurally, which gives the listener a sense of actually being a part of the recording when listened to on headphones."
